My Favorite Pizza
Hands down, my favorite kind of pizza is hand tossed stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese. The more cheese the better. It is best when it is right out of the oven with the cheese dripping off the sides. I love to eat the pizza and then dip the cheese stuffed crust in marinara or pizza sauce.
I can practically eat an entire large pizza by myself. It is just so good that I can't stop myself, no matter how full I get along the way. I have been known to eat this type of pizza every day for a week straight. I absolutely love it! It is best when the crust is stuffed with mozzarella cheese. It can be even better when there is some cheddar cheese on top. MMMMM! My mouth waters just thinking about it!
I prefer the hand tossed style because pan style is just too thick and there is too much dough. I don't like thin crust pizza because it is too crispy. I also like hand tossed because it is just the right consistency. I like my pizza soft and gooey, not thin and crispy or thick and doughy. And I like my pepperoni sliced into thin round pieces, not thick and not small chunks.
Lastly, when this kind of pizza has a garlic tone to it, it makes it even better! So give me hand tossed stuffed crust pepperoni with extra cheese and I am happy!
